Using Uber for Business as part of eTravel cooperation is a convenient, transparent, and cost-effective solution for companies that want to streamline employee mobility management. All rides are recorded and reported, facilitating cost control and compliance with corporate travel policies.

Activating the service only requires signing an annex to the agreement with eTravel, without the need for additional formalities. There is no need to sign a separate contract with Uber or go through the process of adding a new provider.

All trips are recorded and reported, making it easier to monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies. After each journey, the user receives an email confirmation containing complete trip details. Reports also include CO₂ emissions generated by all trips, supporting the company’s eco-friendly initiatives.

Companies can customize travel policies by restricting vehicle selection, defining allowed routes, or enabling additional options. High vehicle availability and competitive prices ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, the eTravel service fee is only 5 PLN net per trip.
