Brussels Airlines presents summer 2023 schedule

More flights in the summer season 2023

The Belgian carrier is making up for the losses caused by the pandemic and in the upcoming summer season plans to restore suspended connections and increase the frequency on already operated European routes. Brussels Airlines, part of the Lufthansa Group, wants to increase the attractiveness of the offer for both business and individual passengers.

Brussels Airlines returns to Warsaw

From June 1, 2023, Brussels Airlines will resume connections between Brussels-Zaventem Airport and Warsaw Chopin Airport. Connections will be made twice a day from Monday to Friday. Departures to the Belgian capital are scheduled for 06:50 am and 12:20 pm and the return flights to Warsaw are scheduled for 09:35 am and 08:55 pm. On weekends, Brussels Airlines will operate one flight per day. On Saturdays, it will be a morning-afternoon rotation, and on Sundays only be an evening cruise from Brussels.

Brussels Airlines network for 2023

The summer network of the Belgian airline also includes flights to Billund, the Danish city from which the world-famous Lego bricks. The carrier will also offer flights to Brindisi in Italian Puglia and Zurich. From holiday destinations, Brussel Airlines opens connections to Djerba and Monastir in Tunisia and increases the frequency of flights to Spain, e.g. Madrid, Grand Canaria and Mallorca.

In response to the recovering business traffic, the number of weekly flights to Germany will also be increased, including Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Hamburg, Denmark (Copenhagen), Sweden (Gothenburg) and France (Bordeaux, Lyon). Brussels Airlines wants to optimize journeys as much as possible by combining its European network with intercontinental flights.

Brussels Airlines fleet

The Belgian carrier is constantly expanding its fleet to cope with the new network of connections. In the near future, the airline will take delivery of five Airbus A320neos and additionally lease four machines, two Airbus A320s and two CRJ900 bombardiers.
