SKY Express will increase the frequency of flights from Warsaw to Athens
The Greek airline SKY Express is increasing the frequency of flights from Warsaw to Athens with the onset of the summer season. Since October 2023, the company has initiated regular connections between the capitals of Poland and Greece, offering five flights per week. In the upcoming months, during the summer season, the number of flights will increase to six per week, including additional Saturday flights.
The new flight schedule entails changes in departure times, providing passengers with more travel options between Warsaw and Athens. SKY Express will operate flights according to the new timetable, which includes different days of the week and various departure times tailored to travelers' needs.
This is the only regular connection between Poland and Greece within the SKY Express network. Additionally, the airline operates numerous charter flights from Polish cities to Greek islands, expanding travel opportunities to popular destinations in Greece.
Established in 2005, SKY Express is headquartered in Heraklion, Crete, and operates a fleet of 23 aircraft. The fleet includes various models, including aircraft from the A320 and ATR families. The carrier has operational bases at airports in Athens, Thessaloniki, and Heraklion, facilitating efficient connections between different regions of Greece and other countries.
