The Business Class menu on intercontinental routes offers a true culinary journey. It includes not only exquisite Austrian dishes like the famous Tafelspitz beef but also exotic delights such as pineapple chicken.

If you're wondering when and how to use the PreSelect service, the answer is simple. This option is available on long-haul flights departing from Vienna, and the selection of main meals can be made for free online from 6 weeks to 24 hours before departure.

Austrian Airlines also caters to short and medium-haul travelers. They offer Melangerie, a selection of snacks and drinks, including the renowned Austrian schnitzel. By opting for Austrian Melangerie PreOrder, travelers have the opportunity to choose their favorite dishes in advance. Additionally, during the holiday season, passengers receive a complimentary hot or non-alcoholic beverage of their choice if they use the pre-order service. Melangerie PreOrder is available on flights lasting at least 50 minutes, and reservations should be made no later than 48 hours before the planned journey.
