Q Hotel is planning to open a new hotel in Sopot
Q Hotel is planning to open a new hotel in Sopot, featuring 220 rooms. The investment will be financed by a consortium of banks, Pekao S.A. and Santander Bank Polska, with the scheduled opening of the facility in 2026.
Radosław Altheim, the Managing Director of Q Hotel, expressed confidence that Sopot is an excellent location for investment, being attractive to tourists throughout the year. The new hotel aims to provide a conducive environment for relaxation and family leisure.
The distinguishing feature of the Sopot hotel will be an extensive SPA area, including a pool, sauna complex, snow cave, and gym. Additionally, there are plans to create a large and well-equipped play area for children.
The facility is also set to offer a restaurant with a bar and a conference space covering an impressive area of around 900 m². The investor is convinced that the new hotel in Sopot, similar to its counterpart in Bielany Wrocławskie, will make a mark in the conference market, becoming one of the key event venues in Poland.
Currently, the Q Hotel chain operates 6 properties in various cities such as Krakow, Katowice, Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Bielany Wrocławskie. Further investments are also in the pipeline, including the construction of hotels in cities like Warsaw.
The announcement of the opening of a new hotel in Sopot indicates the growing attractiveness of the city as a tourist destination. The new amenities and high standard of services offered may attract both tourists and business clients, strengthening the position of the Q Hotel chain in the market.
