Accor summarized its first quarter of 2024 with a revenue of over €1.236 billion, marking an 8% increase compared to the same period in 2023. Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and CEO of Accor, highlighted that the results confirm the effectiveness of the group’s strategy and its ability to achieve its goals.

The quarter demonstrated strong demand for hotel services across all regions and segments. Positive operational performance indicators support the network's goals for the remainder of the year.

The Premium, Midscale, and Economy brands experienced an 8% increase in RevPAR compared to last year, while Luxury & Lifestyle brands saw a 7% increase. The Europe and Northern Africa (ENA) region also reported a 5% increase in RevPAR.

In the first three months of 2024, Accor opened 53 hotels, adding over 8,000 rooms to its offerings. This resulted in a 3.1% net increase in the network over the past 12 months. By the end of March 2024, Accor had 5,613 hotels worldwide and plans to open 1,297 new hotels.

The group ended 2023 with a record EBITDA, surpassing €1 billion for the first time in its history.
