Changers for passangers
From the customers’ point of view, nothing will change initially: lounge access, loyalty program usage, collaboration within the framework of corporate and agency programs as well as customer service and airport touchpoints will remain independent of each other for the time being. We will communicate a detailed overview of the changes as soon as the formalities have been fully completed.
