New Lublin to Rome Connection Starting in March
Next year, Aeroitalia will launch a new connection from Lublin Airport to Rome. Flights to Rome's largest airport, Fiumicino, will commence on March 22 and will operate twice weekly—on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Passengers will travel aboard modern Boeing B737-800 NG aircraft.
Aeroitalia, which previously attempted to establish flights from Lublin, is hopeful for success this time. Krassimir Tanev, Aeroitalia’s Chief Commercial Officer, emphasized that in addition to Rome, passengers will have convenient connections to other popular Italian destinations such as Sardinia and Sicily. Lublin, with its rich heritage, also has the potential to attract Italian tourists.
Tickets for the new route are already available in the airline's booking system, starting at €99. Winter flights will include only three rotations, with more details about the summer schedule to be announced soon.
