Ryanair's Record-Breaking Summer Schedule for 2025

Rekordowy rozkład lotów Ryanair na lato 2025

Ryanair has announced a record-breaking summer flight schedule for 2025, offering over 20 million seats on routes from Poland. This historic milestone is linked to the expansion of its fleet to 44 aircraft based in the country. The Irish carrier will operate 307 connections, including 23 new routes, resulting in a 5% increase in capacity compared to the previous year.

The biggest growth will be seen at regional airports such as Kraków and Wrocław, where the airline will add three new aircraft. The expansion of the flight network is accompanied by an increase in employment – the number of employees in Poland will rise from 2.5 to 2.8 thousand, including 300 new jobs for flight crews and ground staff. Warsaw Chopin Airport will gain three new routes to Malaga, Pisa, and Tirana. There is also a possibility of resuming flights to London Stansted.

At the same time, Ryanair has decided to significantly reduce its operations in Modlin, where the number of available seats will decrease by one million. This is a consequence of the expiration of a 10-year contract with the airport management and the lack of a new agreement. As a result, the number of based aircraft in Modlin will be reduced from five to four. The airline argues that increasing airport fees have impacted the profitability of routes, forcing their reduction.

Ryanair's fleet will continue to grow – the carrier has confirmed the receipt of 29 new Boeing B737 MAX aircraft, some of which will be allocated to Polish airports. This $3 billion investment enhances the airline's operational capabilities and creates thousands of jobs for aviation specialists across Europe. Additionally, Ryanair has announced the launch of five new routes from Bratislava, including a connection to Gdańsk.
